I thank Dr Annil Mahajan and Dr Sudhaa
Sharma for giving me an opportunity and believing
in my capabilities to serve this prestigious journal as its
Editor in Chief.
I am fortunate to inherit this responsibility from Dr
Annil Mahajan and Dr Sudhaa Sharma
who have taken care of this journal for a long time and elevated
this journal to a great level of quality and content. Dr.
Mahajan and Dr Sudhaa deserve great appreciation from one
and all, and on behalf of all the members of this journal.
We thank them for their great contribution and service to
promote medical journalism.
I hope to take this journal along the path they have paved
so well to the heights they have dreamed and will put my best
efforts to carry the theme “Together We Promote
Academics”. Our team is young as well as experienced
and has been chosen from all fields of medicine. They are
able researchers, academia and clinicians. The Editorial Board
will be proactive and will strive to promote quality research
publications through this journal.I look forward to the same
whole hearted support from all editorial members.
My first priority will be to improve correspondence, expansion
of information and to increase indexing to come up to the
expectation of Authors and to create awareness among medical
faternity to avoid unethical publication practises. We know
that learning does not stop and it is important to equip ourself
with the latest through scientific medium.

With this note I conclude with a sense of satisfaction and
security as Dr Mahajan and Dr Sudhaa are still a backbone
of JK Science as Editors in General.
